How to book, modify or cancel a stay
Select a property, enter your dates and number of guests. Click "Book now", review the details and confirm with your preferred payment method. You will receive an email confirmation straight away.
No — an account is required to complete a booking. Registration takes less than a minute and lets you track all your bookings in one place.
Sign in to your account and go to "My Bookings". There you will see all active, upcoming and past bookings with full details.
Yes, you can make bookings on behalf of others. Enter the real guests' names in the guest details section and use your own payment information.
Payment methods, invoices and refunds
We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and bank transfer. Some properties also allow payment on site in cash or by card.
For instant bookings the amount is held at the time of confirmation. For properties with a "Pay later" policy — 48 hours before check-in or upon host confirmation.
The invoice is available in "My Bookings" after confirmation. Click on the booking and select "Download invoice". You can enter company details at the time of payment.
Once a cancellation is approved, funds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Settings, password and personal information
In "Account Settings" select "Change password". Enter your current password and the new one twice. If you have forgotten your password, use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
Go to "Profile" and click "Edit". You can change your name, phone number, photo and notification preferences. Changing your email requires verification.
To delete your account, contact our support team at support@findly.bg. Deletion is irreversible — your booking history will be permanently lost.
Publishing listings, management and payouts
Sign up or sign in, click "Become a host" and follow the steps: property type, photos, description, amenities and pricing. Your listing will be reviewed within 24 hours.
Payouts are transferred within 3 business days after the guest checks out. Add a bank account (IBAN) in the "Finances" section of your dashboard.
In the settings of each listing, find "Calendar sync" and add the iCal link from the other platform. Changes are synchronised automatically every hour.
Cancellation policies, terms and procedures
Go to "My Bookings", select the booking and click "Cancel". The system will automatically calculate the refund amount according to the property's cancellation policy.
It depends on the host's policy: Flexible (full refund up to 24 h before check-in), Moderate (50% up to 5 days) or Strict (no refund). The policy is shown before you pay.
Yes, but if the host cancels you receive a full refund regardless of the policy, plus a 10% discount voucher for your next booking as compensation.
In extraordinary circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, official travel bans), we apply a special force-majeure policy with a full or partial refund regardless of the standard terms.
Verification, privacy and security
Every host goes through email and phone verification. Properties are reviewed by our team before publication. Verified hosts receive a special badge.
Yes, payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe and PayPal — industry-leading PCI-DSS certified processors. Findly.uk never stores card numbers.
