Rules and obligations when using the Findly.uk platform — please read before making a booking.
By using Findly.bg you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
These Terms govern the relationship between you and FINDLY BG Ltd. ("Findly.bg", "we") when accessing and using the findly.bg platform, the mobile applications and all related services (the "Platform").
"Platform"
The findly.bg website, the mobile applications and the related services
"User"
A natural or legal person who accesses the Platform
"Guest"
A User who makes a booking for a property or service
"Host / Owner"
A User who publishes and offers properties for booking
"Property"
A hotel, villa, yacht, car, tour, event, space or flight
"Booking"
A confirmed request from a Guest to use a Property
"Content"
Text, photos, video and reviews published by users
"Wallet"
A virtual account for payments on the Platform
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years old.
By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
When registering you provide: a valid email address, a password (min. 8 characters), first name and last name. You may also register via Google, Facebook or Apple.
You may deactivate your account from the settings or by emailing info@findly.bg. Findly.bg may deactivate accounts in the event of a breach of the Terms or after 3 years of inactivity.
Findly.bg acts as an intermediary — a technology platform that connects guests and hosts. We are not the owner or operator of the properties.
The Platform offers bookings for:
Prices are set by the Hosts and displayed in EUR. The final price includes all fees, commissions and taxes.

Findly.bg does not store credit or debit card data. All payment information is processed by PCI DSS certified processors.
Cancellation terms are defined individually by each Host:
If the Host cancels, the Guest receives a full refund. Findly.bg may impose penalties on Hosts for repeated cancellations.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–14 business days.
After their booking, Guests may leave a rating (1–5) and a written review. Reviews are published with the reviewer's name and the date of stay.
Posting fake, misleading or paid reviews is strictly prohibited. A breach may result in account deactivation.
Findly.bg provides a virtual wallet that can be topped up via the supported payment methods. The balance can be used to pay for bookings in part or in full.
Wallet balances are generally non-refundable, except in cases provided for by the Consumer Protection Act.

Circumventing the Platform
Direct bookings intended to avoid commissions
Technical abuse
Hacking, bots, DDoS attacks
Review manipulation
Fake or paid reviews
Harassment
Threats, defamation, breach of privacy
The Platform, its design, logo, software and texts are the property of FINDLY BG Ltd. or are used under licence. Copying or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
You retain ownership of the content you publish (photos, texts, reviews). By publishing it you grant Findly.bg a non-exclusive licence to use it in the context of the services.
Findly.bg is a technology platform — an intermediary. We are not liable for the acts of hosts or guests, the quality of the properties or force majeure events.
The Platform is provided "as is". Findly.bg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to Findly.bg (commissions) over the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify FINDLY BG Ltd. against claims arising from:

The Host must document the damage within 72 hours of the Guest's departure. The coverage is supplementary and does not replace the Host's own insurance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria — the Electronic Commerce Act, the Consumer Protection Act and applicable EU law.
Before going to court, the parties undertake to attempt an amicable settlement. Failing that, disputes shall be referred to the competent court in the city of Sofia.
